Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery times
Our products ship through fulfillment partners, and most items ship from overseas warehouses. After processing, standard delivery typically takes about 5-15 days. Most orders arrive within 5-11 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer for Canada and other destinations, or affected by carriers, customs, weather and peak seasons such as Halloween and the holidays. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive events.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00 USD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 USD or more
- Express shipping: $15.00 USD, where offered at checkout

Multiple items
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Duties and taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will help resolve it. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
