1. Open your order confirmation

Find the confirmation email for your purchase and use the order-status link to view your order.

2. Check shipment updates

If tracking has been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link in your shipping notification or order-status page. Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

If you cannot find your confirmation or an update looks incorrect, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
